This limited-time offer is available during January-February and is open to a select number of youth sports teams.
Limited Availability
Only five (5) teams will be accepted.
Teams are selected on a first-come basis for those that meet all requirements and submit a retainer.

All payments must be made prior to photo day

Eligibility
-
Athletes 8 years of age and older
-
Open to baseball, softball, hockey, cheer, dance, and other youth sports teams

All athletes must be able to travel to our studio in Grand Rapids, OH on the assigned date

No make-up days or rescheduled sessions are available
Image Delivery & Usage

Each athlete will receive access to a final, professionally edited online gallery

Safety Information
All effects are studio-controlled and youth-safe. Smoke effects are non-toxic and optional. Athletes with asthma or other sensitivities should notify us in advance.

How to Apply
A coach or team representative must complete the application form.
Accepted teams will be contacted with next steps, payment details, and scheduling information.
Spots are limited. Early applications are strongly encouraged.
